Rates and Reservations

Reservations: Advanced reservations are suggested especially during the summer and fall seasons. Rooms cannot be guaranteed beyond 3:00 p.m. unless credit card information provided or one night's stay advance deposit received. All deposits must be received within 10 days (June thru November) or 5 days (December thru May) of date reservation is placed. Full payment is due on arrival.

Cancellation: There is a $25 service charge on cancellations received after 3:00 p.m. on the scheduled date of arrival. The regular rate for one night will be applied to early departures with less than 24 hours advance notice.

Check-in: 2:00 - 9:00 p.m. Special arrangements are made for later arrivals - just inform us of your circumstances.

Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Please check out and drop keys at the front desk, unless you leave prior to the office opening.

Rates: Off-season $54.95 - $99.95

July 1 to mid October $64.95 - $125.00

Rates are based on double occupancy and subject to a 7% Maine sales tax. Rates are subject to change.

Payment: Cash Travelers Checks, ATM debit cards, and most major credit cards accepted. Personal checks accepted only for the purpose of advance deposits with a two week time limit needed for processing.

Children are always welcome.
More than two adults in one room and/or a request for a cot/crib can result in additional cost.
Efficiency units, when specified, $10 additional fee.
Ask us about our frequent guest program and special group rates.

Pets: Small pets allowed for nominal fee. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets and the pet is not to be left alone in the room. Any damage done by guest's pets will result in extra charge. Please notify your hosts in advance if you have a pet.
